Please note: Most items will have a "Customer Supplied" & "Supplied" option.

     Customer supplied: Meaning yourself or the customer has purchased and will supply any items to be installed or serviced onsite before hand. In the event that materials purchased are found to be incorrect or incompatible, a charge of $50 will apply to reschedule.

     Supplied: This service is charged at a rate of $50, and can include:

      * An initial visit by technician to assess the project for required materials

      * Any Sourcing, Pickup and Delivery of required materials by technician

      * Does not include: The price of the material itself.

     SERVICE & RATES:

      Below are just some of the services available through Pendulum Home Maintenance. Many of them have special rates or are charged under our standard rate of $150 for the first hour and $75 for all following hours. Multiple items can be requested under the Half Day or Full Day options indicated under the "Other Services" section. Unlisted items or larger scale projects will be charged at our standard rate. Emergency work or work required to be performed after 4:00pm on weekdays or anytime on weekends, has a first hour charge of $250 with a rate of $120 for any following hours.  

     SUBJECT TO CHANGE:  

     Though prices are generally adhered to, they can be subject to change depending on any uncommon obstructions or impedance's that may restrict an otherwise, standard or reasonable installation or service. In this case, a rate of $75 per hour will apply.

      SCOPE:

     As a Handy Service practised in a broad range of fields, we acknowledge that many elements to home maintenance do require the service of a specialized trade or technician. If you are unsure of the form of attention your service might require, we are always happy to discuss options or provide referrals. In addition, you might prefer some cases to be assessed in person before bringing in a specialist. We can provide this service free of charge or if within our scope, will charge the standard rate upon completion of the service in question. If deemed outside of our scope of work or best prescribed to a specialist, we can then provide referrals or discuss the best course of action with no charge.
